Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the continental US.

What is your return policy for skincare products?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

Are Cardon products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, our formulas are designed with all skin types in mind, including sensitive skin. We use soothing ingredients like Cactus extract and avoid harsh parabens and sulfates.
